New Construction Healthcare Facility The Blackberry Center Project Brief The Blackberry Center is a 64-bed psychiatric hospital, reviewed and approved by Agency For Health Care Administration (AHCA), licensed by the Florida Department of Health, and accredited by The Joint Commission. The basic design required four 16-bed units with requisite consultation rooms, social rooms, seclusion rooms, and support facilities.
