Project Brief

The remodel of Fletcher High School’s kitchen and dining area was completed in three phases and included the addition of a temporary serving line. The layout of the food court was revised to have multiple eatery options and styles to compete in the ever-changing market. Complete with Grab-and-Go kiosks, multiple serving lines, and numerous Point-of-Sale kiosks, Fletcher High School students have a quick and modern options to enhance their lunch experience.
